Rez-de-Jardin villa

Interior designers Soledad Leclercq Ferreras and Sébastien Coudert-Maugendre selected CVL lighting fixtures for a complete renovation project of a 175-square-meter garden-level apartment in Neuilly-Sur-Seine.

For this project, the architectural duo drew inspiration from the building’s year of construction, 1960, reinterpreting the codes, forms, and materials of the era.

Varnished oak, smoked glass, granite, and shou sugi ban-style burnt wood come together in a set of elements designed to create simple, elegant spaces that let the colors of the garden shine through, like a painting waiting to be discovered in every room.
